Pinots Noirs : Rosé and Rouge d'Alsace
The Pinot Noir is the only grape variety In Alsace for red or rosé wines. It has a typical cheery taste.
Rosé : after a quick maceration (12h), this wine offers flower aromas. Fresh and charming wine.
Rouge : after a long maceration, this red ruby coloured wine presents red fruit aromas.
Sylvaner gives a fresh, light and slightly fruity wine.
Most famous wine of Alsace. A rich and exuberant aromatic palette characterizes this full-bodied wine. The bouquet is intense and complex, offering an explosion of exotic fruits, flowers and spices.
